4. Data & deliverables

Ownership, licensing, rights, and usage of datasets and deliverables are defined in the applicable service agreement, including provisions for consent, privacy, and dataset certification.

5. No warranties

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datafy Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
